Rental Conditions

Regarding Rental:

• You must be 21 or older to rent a car.
• Drivers with less than one year of driving experience (provisional license) cannot rent.
• Drivers aged 21-23 will incur a young age fee of $30 per day.
• A deposit of $1000 is required. Official Australian traffic fines will generally be received electronically and in paper form within 21 working days. The full deposit will be refunded if there are no issues.
• If you have a domestic license with a translation, it costs an additional $30 per day. An Australian full license or an international driving permit does not incur extra charges.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off in Australia:

Pick-Up:

1. You need to have either (a domestic license and its translation) or (an Australian local license).
2. You must bring your original passport.
3. Use either (a domestic credit card) or (an Australian local bank card).
4. If you need a child seat, please specify the child’s age in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
5. Home delivery of the car is available for a unified fee of $100 AUD.
6. Please take photos of the car’s exterior and interior upon pick-up for comparison at the time of return.

During Use:

1. Please drive safely and obey Australian traffic rules.
2. There is a mileage limit of 200 kilometers per day.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the car, and damage to the interior or dashboard is not allowed.

Return:

1. The car must be returned with a full tank of fuel. We will inform you of the correct fuel type in advance.
2. Ensure the exterior and interior of the car are clean and odor-free at the time of return.
3. Please wash the car before returning it.

For our Tokyo and Osaka branches, prices are displayed in Australian dollars, and payment is based on the AUD exchange rate.
