Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our car rental service. Please carefully read our refund policy to understand the relevant information.

1.Cancellation Refunds:

1. 1. If you cancel your order more than 48 hours before the rental start time, you will receive a full refund.
   2. If you cancel your order within 24-48 hours before the rental start time, 50% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
   3. If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before the rental start time, no refund will be provided.

2.Early Return Refunds:

• • • No refunds will be provided if you return the car early.

3.Late Arrivals or No-Show Cancellations:

1. 1. No refunds will be provided if you do not notify us at least 48 hours before the rental start time and fail to arrive at the pick-up location.

4.Refund Processing Time:

• • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Please note that due to bank processing times, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

5.Special Circumstances:

1. • In certain special circumstances, such as sudden weather conditions or vehicle malfunctions, we may provide refunds or alternative services at our discretion.
