Thank you for choosing Rush Car Rental. Our transparent refund policy ensures clarity and peace of mind throughout your rental experience. Please carefully read the guidelines below.

01Cancellation Refunds

Advance Cancellations
  • If you cancel your order more than 48 hours before the rental start time, you will receive a full refund.
Mid-Term Cancellations
  • If you cancel your order within 24-48 hours before the rental start time, 50% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Last-Minute Cancellations
  • If you cancel your order less than 24 hours before the rental start time, no refund will be provided.

02Early Return Refunds

Policy on Early Returns
  • No refunds will be provided if you return the car earlier than the scheduled return date.
  • The full rental period will be charged regardless of early return.

03Late Arrivals or No-Show Cancellations

Missed Pickup Appointments
  • No refunds will be provided if you do not notify us at least 48 hours before the rental start time and fail to arrive at the pick-up location.
  • Your booking will be canceled after a 2-hour waiting period from the scheduled pickup time.

04Refund Processing Time

Standard Processing
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Bank Processing
  • Please note that due to bank processing times, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
  • This typically ranges from 3-5 business days for credit cards and up to 10 business days for debit cards or international transactions.

05Special Circumstances

Exceptional Situations
  • In certain special circumstances, such as sudden adverse weather conditions or vehicle malfunctions, we may provide refunds or alternative services at our discretion.
  • Please contact our customer service team immediately if you encounter any unexpected issues with your rental.
